UBB: 200 Yards to Hell privacy

On your device

The game keeps setup presets, audio preferences and round history on the device. PDF exports contain the settings and score details you choose to save. There is no microphone shot detection.

Accounts and purchases

Website accounts store a private email/username, public shooter name, protected password record, recovery-code hash and sign-in sessions. Purchases are processed by Square; this site records the order and access status, not your card number.

Public sharing

Publishing a score is optional. A published score includes your chosen public name and comparable game settings. Equipment descriptions are optional. Photos and video links submitted on the website are private until approved. Photos are reduced in size and common image metadata is removed. Videos remain hosted by YouTube.

Removal

You can remove your own public scores and media. Deleting local round history does not automatically delete published scores. Contact [email protected] for account or data deletion requests. Removed scores and media are hidden from public pages. Stored records and backups may remain until deletion is processed; contact us to request deletion.

Services

Hosting uses Cloudflare. Payment processing uses Square. Opening a YouTube link uses YouTube’s service and privacy practices. Password-reset messages are sent through Gmail from [email protected]. Reset links expire after 30 minutes and work once. Hosting records may include security information such as request times and protected identifiers used to prevent abuse.
